ENSMENU provides a complete solution for creating and managing digital menus:

• Digital menus and QR menus for restaurants, cafés, and hotels
• AI menu import from images and files
• Smart table ordering via QR
• Dashboard to manage items, branches, and tables
• Staff notifications for new orders
• Share your digital menu with guests via a custom link or QR code

Available features may vary depending on your plan (free, Pro, or custom).

You are responsible for:

• Accuracy of registration and business information
• Keeping your password and login credentials secure
• All activity under your account
• Notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorised access

You must be of legal age to enter a contract in your country to use the platform on behalf of a business.

The platform is intended for lawful commercial use in hospitality, including:

• Restaurants, cafés, and hotels
• Quick-service venues and bakeries
• Hospitality events displaying a digital menu

You must use ENSMENU in compliance with applicable local and international laws.

You may not use the platform to:

• Publish illegal or fraudulent content
• Create fake restaurants or businesses
• Phish or impersonate others
• Upload malware or attempt to compromise systems
• Send spam or abuse notifications
• Use copyrighted material without permission
• Abuse the platform or overload infrastructure

ENSMENU AI menu import is an assistive tool only, not a substitute for human review.

• Results may contain errors in items, prices, or descriptions
• You must review every imported field before publishing
• Once you confirm and publish, you are responsible for displayed content
• ENSMENU is not liable for financial or operational losses from incorrect menu data you confirmed and published

ENSMENU offers multiple plans:

• Free plans with limited features
• Pro subscriptions with advanced features
• Custom plans for hotels and large chains

Prices and features may change later with reasonable notice where required by law. Subscriptions may be paused or features restricted if payment fails or the paid period ends.

ENSMENU may suspend or delete accounts that:

• Violate these terms or applicable laws
• Publish harmful or misleading content
• Abuse the platform or threaten its security

You may request account closure anytime via support. We may retain certain records for legal or security requirements.

ENSMENU is provided "as is" and "as available". We are not liable for:

• Internet outages or connectivity provider issues
• Payment provider failures or transaction delays
• User-uploaded content (text, images, prices)
• Temporary downtime for maintenance or updates
• AI errors after you confirmed and published content manually

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

ENSMENU branding, design, interfaces, software, and source code belong to ENS.EG or its licensors.

You retain rights to content you upload, while granting ENSMENU a non-exclusive licence to host and display it to operate the service.

Copying or reselling the platform or its parts without written permission is prohibited.

We may modify these terms or platform features from time to time. The last updated date is shown at the top of this page.

We recommend reviewing this page periodically. Continued use of ENSMENU after changes means acceptance of updated terms where permitted by law.
